Call meeting to order: 8:36, Gretchen Williams. First - Mel Gidney, Second - Christina Smalley

 

Review and approve May minutes: Motion – Mel Gidney, Second - Christina Smalley

 

Treasurers Report: Motion: First - Jackie Dewese, Second - Nikki Martin

 

 

Fundraising:

  • Fall Fundraiser – Cookie Dough and/or Check Writing Campaign ends today!

  • Still need to push sales as much as we can through 5:00pm today

 

Red Ribbon Week

  • October 25-29th

  • We will let everyone know what dress up day are through email and FB

  • Donating $380 in gift cards for prizes in participation on various days

  • Donating candy to be handed out to every student on Friday of this week

 

Future Volunteer Opportunities

  • Volunteer Form/Background checks – Must fill out and turn in to MISD

  • Continue checking emails for SignUp Geniuses

  • BIG THANK YOU to all the parents who donated time and goodies for the Teacher Luncheon
